Check out Olive Crate Kores Estate Extra Virgin Olive oil being featured by the wonderful Heidi Billotto - Olive Crate

Article Title: Olive Crate EVOO Featured on WCNC Charlotte Today with Heidi Billotto

We were thrilled to see our Kores Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil featured on Charlotte Today, the popular lifestyle show on WCNC Charlotte.

Food and travel writer Heidi Billotto took to the Charlotte Today kitchen to cook her Bistecca Florentine, a classic Italian steak dish that is all about quality ingredients and confident technique. And right at the heart of it was Olive Crate EVOO.

On air, Heidi highlighted what makes our oil so distinctive. She talked about the fact that it comes from a single estate in Greece, grown from a single variety of olive, the Manaki. She held up the bottle and explained to viewers why that matters. Single estate means full traceability. Single variety means a consistent, pure flavor profile you simply cannot get from a blended oil. It was exactly the kind of conversation we love to have about our product.

Heidi is passionate about locally sourced and handcrafted ingredients. She has built a following around her belief that great food starts long before it reaches the kitchen. It starts with the people who grow it and care about it. That philosophy aligns perfectly with everything we stand for at Olive Crate.

Our cold-pressed Manaki extra virgin olive oil comes from the Kores Estate in the Argolis region of Greece, a family farm that has been producing our premium olives for generations. The olives are pressed within hours of harvest to lock in flavor and nutrition. No blending, no shortcuts. Just a single-estate oil with real provenance and real taste. Creamy on the palette with the perfect peppery finish marrying beautifully with any dish you create.

We are grateful to Heidi for sharing our story with her audience and for cooking with the same care and intention that goes into every bottle we import.
