Nestled in the sun-drenched hills of the Argolis region of Greece, the Kores Estate is where our story begins — and where every bottle of Olive Crate Extra Virgin Olive Oil is born.
For generations, our family has cultivated this historic land, home to the prized Manaki olive variety — a cultivar celebrated for its exceptionally low acidity, rich polyphenol content, and the distinctly smooth, fruity flavor it lends to our oil.
From Grove to Bottle — Nothing in Between
We believe great olive oil starts long before the press. Our olives are grown without pesticides or chemicals, nourished entirely by natural irrigation and the generous Greek sun. At peak ripeness, they are hand-harvested with care — then cold-pressed within hours to lock in every antioxidant, every nuance of flavor, and every health benefit the Manaki olive has to offer.
